Case Summary:

A 55-year old supermarket employee fell backwards as he tried to lift some cargo from the shipping area. The employee suffered severe back spasms.

Testimony was taken on this petition. While litigating the case, the parties resolved the matter. Payment was also made for the outstanding chiropractic costs.

Outcome:

We got a $115,000 recovery for our client.
