Wayne A. Hamilton is Galfand Berger’s Director of Administration.

About

Wayne A. Hamilton is the Director of Administration at Galfand Berger, where he plays a central role in the firm’s day-to-day management, operations, and strategic coordination. Working closely with firm leadership, he oversees administrative functions and helps ensure the organization runs efficiently while supporting its attorneys and staff in delivering high-quality client service.

Wayne brings a strong foundation in law and public service to his leadership position. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law. Early in his career, he served as a law clerk within New Jersey’s Office of Administrative Law, supporting numerous administrative law judges, and later held attorney positions in both the public and private sectors focusing on employment and labor matters.

Wayne joined Galfand Berger in 1999, as an attorney in the firm’s labor and employment practice.   In 2007, he transitioned into his current role as Director of Administration, where he applies his legal insight and organizational expertise to guide internal processes, manage resources, and support the firm’s continued growth.

Wayne is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Association of Legal Administrators, and remains actively engaged in the legal and administrative professional community.
