The National Association of Distinguished Counsel (NADC) recently named Partners Rick Jurewicz and Michael P. Malvey as two of the “Nation’s Top Attorneys” for 2020, an honor bestowed upon less than 1% of practicing attorneys across the country.

The NADC and its Selection Process

The NADC is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the highest standards of legal excellence. • NADC researchers vet potential recipients via information sourced from their public profiles, case results, client reviews, and firm websites. The researchers also evaluate several other factors, such as leadership in legal organizations, community involvement, education, trial experience, and more
• A blue ribbon panel comprised of distinguished attorneys selects candidates to move on to the final stage, and:
• A judicial review board made up of former judges assesses the blue ribbon panel’s selection list and makes the final decisions

Only attorneys who pass through all four stages of the selection process successfully are the nation’s leading and elite legal practitioners.
