$240,000 Settlement for Factory Worker’s Laceration and Fracture Injuries to Index Finger

 

Case Summary:
Our client suffered laceration and fracture injuries to her non-dominant index finger caused by a defective food packaging machine at her workplace. She filed a lawsuit against the machine manufacturer and seller alleging negligence and design defect due to the lack of adequate machine guarding.
