    Partner Bradley Smith Admitted to Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum

    The Million Dollar Advocates Forum (which includes the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum) is one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the country. Founded in 1993, the organization now has 7,800 members. To be inducted, applicants must show that they were principal counsel in one or more cases that resulted in a final judgment, award, or settlement in favor of their client in the amount of one million dollars or more. For induction into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, attorneys must demonstrate the same outcome in favor of their client equaling an amount of two million dollars or more. Membership into the Forum also acts as an acknowledgment of an attorney’s excellence in advocacy.

    Since joining Galfand Berger in 2015, Brad has been a proud advocate of injured workers, consumers, and victims of negligence. Brad handles a variety of different case types, including personal injury, products liability, construction accidents, and workplace injury cases. Altogether, he has successfully recovered over $44 million in favor of his clients and their loved ones. Now a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Brad has also been recognized as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyer’s Magazine every year since 2018.

    Brad advocates for injured individuals both in and out of the courtroom. He has published multiple essays and articles on products liability and the legal rights of injured workers.
